MAILING CARTONS: All gifts in this catalog are packaged in individual corrugated mailing cartons, at no extra charge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All shipping weights are approximate. Freight charges quoted are estimates. Please indicate if address (es) is commercial or residential. Please indicate SHIPPING dates and IN-HAND dates for all orders. Guaranteed in-hands dates require air ship authorization from customer. Please allow for delays in transit. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS ENROUTE. We are not responsible for carrier’s shipping charges or your unclaimed deliveries. We use UPS wherever practical. If UPS cannot be used because of destination or weight, we will use Priority Mail, Motor Freight or other carrier, at our discretion.

INDIVIDUAL SHIPMENTS: Costs for shipping directly to a list of recipients are freight charges plus a per package handling charge listed below. We will ship according to one of the following procedures, listed in order of preference…
1. Please e-mail or send a disk in Excel Spreadsheet format (preferred) or fixed length single column Word document, saved as text. For Word/text documents, guidelines for city, state and zip code must be: city, comma, one space, two digit state abbreviation, one space, 5-digit zip code. Line length for addresses limited to 23 characters. Please indicate preferred return address. Handling charge is $2.25 per address. Do not include PO Boxes or Canadian addresses on disks.
2. If spreadsheet or electronic list is not available, please send a typed list of recipients. Please indicate preferred return address. Handling charge is $3.00 per address. Do Not Send Labels for UPS Shipments. Disks or lists you provide are needed two weeks prior to ship date.
3. All individual shipments to Canada will be shipped via international postal service and will be billed an additional handling charge of $5.00 per shipment.
4. Costs incurred due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility. Address corrections will be billed back at a rate of $6.00 net per address plus actual UPS redelivery charges. We are not responsible for damages or delays enroute.
5. Increased quantity on orders: All increases will be treated as a new order unless notification is received prior to manufacture of original order. All increases must be authorized in writing.
6. Foreign Shipments: We cannot accept orders for individual shipments outside the fifty states and Canada.
7. C.O.D. shipments are not available.
8. Returns: Returns may be made only with prior Written Authorization and must be shipped Freight Prepaid. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge for unimprinted items, 25% restocking for imprinted label items. Call for written authorization on laser engraved returns. Items on page 22 cannot be returned for credit. Due to the unique appearance of wood grains, there may be variations in color and/or finish between pieces. We will not accept returns for this reason.

GIFTS IN THIS CATALOG ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR:
Perishable products, including those on page 22, require 1 or 2 day shipping. Shipments requested between May and October may require special packaging, refrigerated trucking and/or next day service due to the semi-perish ability of our products. Factory will notify. Cold packs (blue ice) are $0.75 each. Styrofoam coolers are available at $8.00.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE INFORMATION FOR LAST MINUTE ORDERS:
Stock gift orders must be received at our office by December 3 if pre-Christmas delivery is desired. Orders received after December 3 will be shipped subject to the availability of items (s) ordered. We reserve the right to substitute with similar item (s) of equal or greater value if necessary to ensure on-time shipment. “In Hand” dates will not be accepted after December 3. No changes, additions or deletions to orders in house, after December 3.

GREETING CARDS: We will be happy to affix your business or greeting card (4” x 6” maximum size) to the outside of each gift mailer, if all cards are the same. If cards need to be matched to recipients, we will charge $0.75 per card.

• A Holiday/greeting card, approximately 4” x 6”, straight-line copy, can be imprinted for an additional charge of $0.60 each.

CUSTOM IMPRINT LABEL SERVICES
Minimum Order:

Imprinted label orders (artwork, disks) must be received by December 1 for pre-Christmas delivery.
1. Allow 2 weeks production time after receipt of production ready artwork and/or any other special instructions.
2. Spec Sample: $25.00 Plus Gift Cost
3. Paper Proof: No Charge. Paper proofs are faxed or e-mailed at no charge. Fax must be signed and returned, e-mail message must be returned with confirmation and date, to factory prior to production. No exceptions. Production time counted after approval.
4. Label Color: Gold, White or Clear. Silver labels available only on selected gifts.
5. Label sizes: 3” x 3”, 4” x 1”, 2 1/4” x 1 5/8”, 2 1/4” x 2 1/8”, round labels: 3” diameter and 2” diameter, and 4 3/8” x 2” oval labels.
6. Ink Colors: Black, Red, Blue or Green. One color imprint only. Maximum Printed Area: 1/4” less than label size on all sides of the label. Pantone® match not available.
7. We reserve the right to charge $45.00 net per hour or parts thereof for major touch-ups or creative artwork.
8.Changes or cancellations to orders already in production must be received in writing and will result in charges for costs already incurred.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATION GUIDELINES
Please e-mail or send a disk with artwork. 100% solid black production-ready artwork must be supplied. Artwork must be on crisp, white paper, with no colors or gray shades. Faxes, photocopies, etc. will not be accepted. Please send artwork to size. Thin lines and reverses may not reproduce well. Adsources uses a Windows PC based system and prefers EPS in Corel Draw™, Adobe Illustrator®, and Adobe Photoshop®. TIFF or GIF may be accepted. Please include a PDF as a “hard copy” image. The reproduction of any logos/images failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted and will result in the delay of your order. If artwork must be retouched there will be a minimum of a $25.00 charge. Artwork will be kept on file for two years. It will not be returned. Adsources.com reserves the right to lay out copy and artwork to the best fit available engraving area.
